ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of two with strong momentum and opportunity ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at Charles Schwab, bringing a financial services background and customer-focused approach into the business. I attended New Mexico State University and enjoy staying connected to the local community through events and outreach. Giving back and building relationships locally is something we value as a team.
For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We’re also flexible when it comes to personal needs - if something comes up, we work together to make it work.
What sets our agency apart is how we operate - always putting the customer’s best interests first. We offer a full range of products, including investment options, and take pride in creating a thoughtful and personalized customer experience. From sending handwritten thank-you cards to recognizing referrals, we go the extra mile to build lasting relationships. Internally, we keep things fun and engaging with quarterly outings, monthly bonuses, and a team that genuinely supports and celebrates each other’s wins.
Our office culture is flexible, energetic, and growth-focused. We believe in consistent coaching, ongoing training, and creating real opportunities for advancement—including the potential to pursue the Agent Aspirant Program for those who demonstrate strong performance and leadership. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills who is coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented. The ideal candidate is positive, high-energy, and comfortable building relationships both over the phone and out in the community—someone who wants to grow with a new and developing agency and be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and enjoys the process along the way.
