Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of two with strong momentum and opportunity ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at Charles Schwab, bringing a financial services background and customer-focused approach into the business. I attended New Mexico State University and enjoy staying connected to the local community through events and outreach. Giving back and building relationships locally is something we value as a team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative for the Escobar State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Pursue prospects through various efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred 
  • Property and Casualty insurance license preferred 
  • Life and Health insurance license preferred 
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
